As the founder of 2:10 Realty Group, a top 1 percent team in Southeast Virginia, Garrett brings more than expertise—he leads with authenticity, heart, and a deep commitment to serving both clients and his team with excellence.

But real estate is just the beginning. Garrett co-founded The 2:10 Collective at eXp Realty, where faith and business meet in powerful ways. He also launched The Faithful Agent, a nonprofit and vibrant community for Gospel-centered agents who want to grow not just their business—but their walk with Christ.
