Caroline Pierce

Caroline has had exposure to the publishing industry throughout her life, but is excited to finally have a hands-on role in the process. With a background in financial operations and human resources, she has seen the value of efficient operations within a company and how it aids in the overall mission of an organization. This has given her the desire to help companies operate as soothly as possible to ensure the best experience for her coworkers and clients.

Caroline has a B.S. in International Business and Theological Studies from Welch College and an MBA with an HR emphasis from Trevecca Nazarene University. She and her husband, Adam, have a son, Parker. They enjoy spending time with their Aussiedoodle, Ellie, and hanging out with their five nieces and nephews. She also enjoys helping with the children and youth ministries at her home church.
